PlayzoKids (playzokids.com) is an online toy store based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The store is owned and operated by M A A GENERAL TRADING L.L.C, Trade Licence No. 1581468, issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or order from playzokids.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to take your order, deliver it and look after you as a customer.

3. How we use your information
We use your information to run the store and serve you. We do not sell it.
- Orders: take payment, pack and deliver your order, and send tracking updates.
- Customer support: answer questions and handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
- Marketing: send offers and newsletters only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Security: detect and prevent fraud and misuse of the store.
- Improving the store: understand which pages and products customers find useful.
- Legal duties: keep the records UAE law requires and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
4. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies to keep the store working, to understand how it is used, and to advertise PlayzoKids.

5. Children's privacy
PlayzoKids sells toys for children, but the store is for adults. Orders must be placed by a parent, guardian or other adult aged 18 or over.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not ask for your child's name or date of birth to place an order. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at store@playzokids.com and we will delete it.
6. Payments and security
PlayzoKids never sees or stores your full card number. Card payments are processed directly by our payment providers.
- Every page of the store, including checkout, is encrypted with SSL (HTTPS).
- Only staff who need your details to process an order or help you can access them.
- No online system is completely secure. If you think your account or order details have been misused, contact us straight away.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as we need it.
- Order records: for as long as needed to handle delivery, returns and warranty, and for the period UAE law requires for business records.
- Account details: until you ask us to close your account.
- Marketing details: until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
You are in control of your information. To use any of these rights, email store@playzokids.com from the address you ordered with.

PlayzoKids operates in the United Arab Emirates. Some of our service providers, including Shopify, may store or process your information on servers in other countries. We work only with providers that commit to protecting it.

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
