• 30-Day Play Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging (we love those boxes!), and in the same condition that you received it.
• Mystery Items (Series 1): Please note that for our Mystery Collectibles and Blind Bags, we can only accept returns if the outer foil remains unopened and sealed. Once the mystery is revealed, it’s yours to keep!
