The Playzo "Level Up" Return Policy

We want every unboxing to be a win! If your gear isn't quite right, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

1. Condition for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

2. How to Start a Return
Please email us at store@playzokids.com or you can request using our contact form, with your order number. We will pickup the package from you.

3. Return or exchange process timeline

Pickup: Within 24–48 working hours of your request.

Evaluation & Replacement Delivery: Within 2-3 working days.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. So we can make it right at no cost to you. We do accept returns for defective products.

5. Refunds
Once we inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
